1. About Knockverse
Knockverse is an independent, community-driven arena-brawler project currently in development. References to planned features, platforms, Early Access, release windows, rewards, tests or services are provisional until confirmed in final product and sales documentation.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Users below the legal age required in their country must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Early Access and pre-orders
Early Access and pre-order offers may provide access to unfinished software. Features, performance, supported platforms, content, rewards and release timing may change during development. Final purchase terms, refund rights and delivery information will be shown before real payment is enabled.
4. Multi-platform availability
Knockverse is planned as a multi-platform game. Availability on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo platforms or other services depends on development, technical requirements, platform-holder approval and certification. A purchase does not guarantee access on every platform unless the checkout page expressly says so.
5. Purchases, gifts and refunds
Purchases and gifts must be completed through approved payment providers. Gift codes and entitlements may be single-use, non-transferable after redemption and linked to the receiving account. Refund rights depend on applicable consumer law and the final refund policy shown at checkout.
6. Community conduct
Users may not harass others, impersonate staff, exploit services, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, cheat, manipulate rankings or use Knockverse services for unlawful activity. Accounts may be restricted where necessary to protect players and services.
7. Intellectual property
Knockverse branding, original artwork, software, website content and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Knockverse is not affiliated with Iron Galaxy Studios or Epic Games.
8. Service changes and availability
Online services may be updated, interrupted or discontinued for maintenance, security, development or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access during development.
