1. Information we may collect
Depending on the services enabled, we may collect account details, email addresses, display names, authentication-provider identifiers, purchase and entitlement records, support messages, device information, security logs and gameplay statistics.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to create and secure accounts, provide cross-platform access, process purchases and gifts, deliver support, prevent fraud, operate rankings, communicate service updates and improve Knockverse.
3. Authentication and platform accounts
When Google, Discord, Microsoft, Apple or platform-account login is enabled, the provider may share limited account information according to the permissions displayed during login. Platform linking will be optional unless required for a specific platform.
4. Payments
Payment details will be handled by approved payment processors. Knockverse should not directly store complete card numbers. Payment processors may collect information under their own privacy policies.
5. Cross-platform services
To provide multi-platform progression, account ownership, game entitlements, cosmetics and statistics may be synchronized through Knockverse servers across supported platforms.
6. Sharing and processors
Information may be shared with hosting, authentication, analytics, email, customer-support, security and payment providers only where needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.
7. Retention and security
Information should be retained only for as long as necessary for service, legal, fraud-prevention and accounting purposes. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards will be used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information and to object to certain processing. Submit a request through Support and verify account ownership when requested.
